Trinabh Gupta, PhD Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Trinabh is a pioneer in privacy-preserving technologies and a recognized expert in privacy and cybersecurity having served as an Associate Professor at University of California Santa Barbara. As CEO, he leads DataUnite’s strategic vision, driving innovation in secure data collaboration for biopharma and healthcare systems. A co-developer of DataUnite’s core technology, he brings deep expertise from prior roles at Microsoft, VERA Security, IBM, and Nvidia.
Ishtiyaque Ahmad, PhD Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Ishtiyaque is a recognized expert in privacy, databases, and artificial intelligence. As CTO, he leads DataUnite’s technology strategy and product development, ensuring the platform delivers privacy-first access to real-world data. A co-developer of DataUnite’s proprietary technology, he previously held technical roles at Microsoft and is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Engineering at UC Santa Cruz.
Michael Chan Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Michael is a veteran digital health and med-tech entrepreneur. He co-founded InTouch Health (acquired by Teladoc for $1.1B) and served as Global Head of Marketing at Computer Motion (NASDAQ IPO, later merged into Intuitive Surgical for one-third of the combined company value). With deep industry expertise, Michael leads DataUnite’s commercial strategy, driving market adoption and forging strategic partnerships.
